If you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) ordered, we are happy to refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the order.

All returned articles must be in perfect condition, new, unworn, fully labelled with ROSHANARA swing tags attached to the woven label in their original packing.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. We strongly recommend that you return the item(s) by registered post.

Once the merchandise has been received, anf if in perfect condition, a full refund will be made.
